This set consists of a pair of 2-1/2 inch by 5 inch cabinet scrapers made by Crown Hand Tools of Sheffield England. The Rectangular scrapers (2 1/2” x 5”) are the standard item for flat surfaces. Scrapers are .032 inches thick and are made of medium carbon steel with a hardness of 40/42 Rockwell C. This specification gives good edge retention while allowing the “spring” of “flex” in the blade which gives the user control of the tool. Cabinet scrapers are an invaluable aid to woodworking in putting a really fine finish on wood. They can also be used for removing traces of paint,
varnish
or distress marks on wood.
My E-Bay philosophy is simple, you are the customer and you decide how you want to handle the deal. I will go along with most anything as long as it is not too outrageous and you keep me informed. If it will be a few days before you get payment to me, no problem, just let me know so I will not worry about it being lost. I do not have any hard and fast time lines on what happens when. I work very hard to get all packages to the Post Office the next day after I receive payment. If for some reason that will be delayed, I will let you know.
All my items are shipped either USPS 1st class or Priority shipping.  I will ship another method to get it to you faster as long as you and are willing to pay for the faster shipping.
You decide how you want to pay and I will usually go along with it. So far all (well, most) of my dealings have been with nice, honest people. (As I would expect) .
My satisfaction policy is also very simple, you are the customer and you decide if you want the item. Satisfaction is guaranteed, no exceptions. Purchase may be returned for any reason or no reason within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. If the item is defective or for something I did or failed to do, I will also refund the postage. If you just changed your mind or found another one down the street, cheaper or better. I still accept returns except you will need to pay the postage.
