Ludwig Universal Model 22” Bass Drum Hoop and Heads 1920s

Description

Very cool vintage shell. re-rings are intact. Lots of small cracks in shell. One side does not allow for a head to be put on, it’s slightly too large. One side both heads fit fine. Heads look to be original calf skins. Total project or a cool conversation piece!
